As a seasoned financial expert, you will partner with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage end-to-end business cycles, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Product, and Request-to-Service.
  • Provide business insights through advanced financial analytics to support executive decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate new projects and investments.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls in line with IFRS/GAAP standards.
  • Build and mentor finance teams to strengthen organizational capability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 15–20 years' experience in Finance/Accounting with senior-level or managerial roles.
  • Certified SAP Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise in SAP FICO, Product Costing, CO-PA, and SAP Business Processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in budgeting, costing, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency with Hyperion Financial Reporting and other advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven track record in process improvement, audits, and compliance management.
