Job Opportunity: Senior PL/SQL Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PL/SQL Developer to join our team at Trantor.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in Oracle database development and be proficient in writing and optimizing PL/SQL code.

This role is perfect for candidates who have exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, Develop, and Maintain PL/SQL Procedures, Packages, Triggers, and Functions: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to design, develop, and maintain complex PL/SQL procedures, packages, triggers, and functions.
  • Optimize SQL Queries for Enhanced Performance and Scalability: Collaborate with database teams to optimize SQL queries for enhanced performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Database Teams: Work closely with business analysts and database teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Uphold High Standards of Data Quality, Consistency, and Security: Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, and security in all aspects of PL/SQL development.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in PL/SQL applications efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4–6 Years of Solid Experience in Oracle PL/SQL Development: Possess a strong background in Oracle PL/SQL development.
  • Proficiency in Database Design, Query Optimization, and Performance Tuning: Demonstrate expertise in database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities: Showcase strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to tackle complex problems.
  • Capability to Work Collaboratively: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
Good to Have:
  • Hands-on Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and its applications.
  • Hands-on Exposure to Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS): Familiarity with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and its features.
  • Familiarity with APIs and Integration Frameworks: Knowledge of APIs and integration frameworks is a plus.
