Role Overview: Identity Operations AnalystThe Identity Operations Security Specialist plays a crucial role in managing access controls, resolving identity-related issues, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies.
As part of our IAM team, you'll contribute to enhancing The Nielsen Company's overall security posture.
Responsibilities:- Identity Ticket Management: Promptly troubleshoot and resolve identity tickets and inquiries using system knowledge and team Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
- Access Management: Manage user accounts and access permissions within the organization's identity management system.
- Project Contributions: Contribute to IAM projects, such as security enhancements and access control process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IAM or related roles.
- Proficiency with Okta, Active Directory, and CyberArk (strongly preferred).
$80,000 - $120,000 per year.
About the RoleThis role requires strong understanding of access controls, identity governance, and security best practices.
You should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Please note that this is a general salary range and may vary based on location and other factors.
Additional Skills:- Motivated and comfortable working independently to resolve customer issues.
- Stay informed about the latest IAM trends and incorporate best practices.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to work directly with employees and represent the IAM program within The Nielsen Company.
