At CloudEagle, we are hiring a skilled Web Development Specialist to lead our marketing web properties and create high-quality web experiences that drive conversions.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Webflow Developer. You will work closely with our Marketing team to design and develop responsive websites that meet our business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Analyze site performance and implement regular audits.
  • Measure conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and other key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve our online presence.
  • Design innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your expertise and creativity.
  • Work with content, design, and product teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in web development.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and staying current with ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social and external platform tracking (pixels, events, and tracking scripts).
  • Ability to write custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
