Mobile App Growth Expert

We're seeking a skilled performance-focused professional to run and scale paid campaigns that drive installs, subscriptions, and conversions for our wellness apps.

This role is all about executing paid campaigns day in and day out, optimizing funnels, and ensuring growth at scale. If you're someone who thrives on scaling apps through ads, experimenting with creatives and funnels, and leveraging AI + analytics tools to push performance, we'd love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Ad Campaign Management: Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Apple, Google, and other channels to drive installs and conversions
  • Funnel Optimization: Build and iterate on user acquisition funnels, ensuring campaigns scale profitably
  • AI-Powered Performance Optimization: Leverage AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimization
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign and funnel data using tools like AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities
  • Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with design and content teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows
  • Industry Updates: Stay updated with performance marketing trends, platform updates, and new acquisition strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads across platforms (Meta, Apple, Google)
  • Market Familiarity: Experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets
  • Web2App Funnels: Experience with Web2App Funnels
  • Analytics Tools: Hands-on experience with CleverTap, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics or similar tools
  • AI Implementation: Practical use of AI in marketing workflows (campaign automations, creative testing, etc)
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
