Area Business Manager - RAD
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies for assigned customers and potential customers in the territory.
- Communicate customer requirements to internal personnel and collaborate effectively.
- Sell Bayer products and present recommendations for product introduction to customers.
- Participate in local organizations to stay aware of industry issues.
- Plan and organize educational programs for institutions and customers.
- Gather, analyze, and assimilate market and competitive information.
- Manage and maintain stocks at the distributor level for proper catering.
- Achieve or exceed budgeted sales volume for the assigned territory.
- Develop and update annual sales forecasts.
- Formulate and recommend strategies for achieving business plans for key accounts and assigned territory.
- Participate in industry trade shows.
- Be agile and continuously learn.
- Extend expertise and act as an application specialist for the region as needed.
Requirements:
- University degree or diploma in Radiological Diagnosis or a relevant field. Non-degree holders with 3 years' diploma must have equivalent experience in Radiology.
- At least 5 years of experience as an application specialist with Contrast Media and/or Radiology.
- Experience handling:
- All routine CT and MRI (CNS, SPINE, Body)
- Multi Phasic Dynamic Contrast Studies
- Dynamic Contrast Angiography for Aorta and Peripheral vessels of the whole body
