Internal Audit Manager

CBRE India is seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Manager to facilitate and support the implementation and sustainment of the corporate compliance program.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and review financial transactions, data, and documents to ensure compliance with department policies and procedures, Service Organization Controls, and audit requirements.
- Communicate results and significant compliance issues to management, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Perform annual audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and Service Organization Controls.
- Understand and facilitate the policy and procedure infrastructure within the business, identifying gaps in compliance policy and procedures.
- Confer with departments to analyze current operational procedures and processes, identifying issues and sharing them with Compliance management.
- Publish department documents, including policy and procedures documents and forms, and other requested documents from shared service teams.
- Support the risk assessment process, capturing business inputs and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with Service Organization Control audits, gathering documents and reviewing for completeness prior to delivery to auditors.
- Participate in Local Best Practices Team meetings, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
- MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant preferred.
- Certified Internal Auditor equivalent certificate preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field, with Big 4 experience being useful.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers, with effective presentation skills.
- Knowledge of financial terms and principles, with the ability to collect, analyze, and summarize accounting data.
- Ability to calculate intermediate figures, such as percentages, discounts, and commissions, with basic understanding of how behaviors affect people and dynamics of an organization.
- Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware, with advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with a proactive approach to routine and non-routine occurrences.
