Requirements include a Master's Degree in Psychology or Counselling, with preferred candidates having specialisation in counselling psychology. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and typing speeds of 30-35 words per minute with 90% accuracy are essential. Demonstrated empathy and ability to provide compassionate support are critical.
