Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet and Welcome Guests: Create a warm atmosphere by greeting guests warmly, making them feel comfortable, and valued upon arrival.
• Manage Reservations: Coordinate reservations, maintain an organized seating plan, and assist with waiting lists to ensure seamless service.
• Take Orders and Serve Food: Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate effectively with teams, and serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle Billing and Payments: Process payments, address guest concerns or feedback promptly, and professionally.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Support Team: Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas, assist in setup and closing activities, and support team members to create a pleasant atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training preferred. Previous experience in customer service or restaurant/hospitality environment is desirable.
• Skills and Abilities: Strong communication, inter-personal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, remain organized, and stay calm under pressure.
