We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to spearhead full-stack development, architect scalable solutions, and drive technical excellence across projects.

About the Role

As a seasoned Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing backend architecture and development, guiding a team of engineers, and delivering high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead backend development using modern frameworks and technologies
  • Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
  • Manage system integrations via APIs, GraphQL, EDI, and third-party services
  • Oversee projects involving e-commerce platforms and related stacks
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and implement best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery
  • Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and effective documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of backend development experience in PHP, with expertise in Laravel
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms like Magento, WordPress, and Shopify
  • Strong background in system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and webhooks
  • Proficiency in: PHP, Java, ReactJS, Node.js, MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, version control (Git), Cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent team collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
