We are seeking an experienced Litigation Specialist to join our Global Legal team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling litigations across India and emerging markets, drafting pleadings, interpreting documentations, coordinating court work, and maintaining litigation trackers.

They will also play a key role in closing contracts, conducting legal research, liaising with stakeholders, and strategizing on various issues.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in emerging markets. They will be able to work independently, manage stakeholder relationships, interact with senior management, and possess excellent negotiation and articulation skills.

Additionally, the candidate should have leadership skills, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle high volumes of work while keeping pace with a rapidly changing environment.

The successful candidate will be a graduate from a reputable law college with a BA LLB/BSL LLB &/or LLM degree, and preferably have 5+ years of post-qualification experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling litigations across India and emerging markets

  • Closing contracts and conducting legal research
  • Liaising with stakeholders and strategizing on various issues
Requirements:
  • BA LLB/BSL LLB &/or LLM degree from a reputable law college
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in emerging markets
  • Excellent negotiation and articulation skills
  • Leadership skills and good interpersonal skills
