Job Summary:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Meet clients at our Experience Center and provide personalized solutions for their home interior needs
- Conduct needs assessments, provide quotes, and showcase design options to clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Convert leads into meetings and revenue-generating opportunities for the company
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in the interior industry
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and results-driven with a strong ability to follow up with clients
