Job Summary

Fusion Finance Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our financial systems and processes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits of all corporate functions, including HR, Finance, Administration, CSR, MFI, MSME, IT, and others. You will also be expected to provide timely completion of audits as per the scheduled plan and policy for the quarter, consolidate audit observations, and prepare audit reports within a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits of all corporate functions to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data;
  • Provide timely completion of audits as per the scheduled plan and policy for the quarter;
  • Consolidate audit observations and prepare audit reports within a timely manner;
  • Assist in audits conducted by external auditors;
  • Gain on-ground knowledge of MFI & MSME operations to contribute towards increasing the efficiency and efficacy of branch audit teams;
  • Effectively conclude audits with appropriate and conclusive discussions with auditees to ensure no concerns or disputes are raised post-publishing the report;
  • Incessantly evolve processes to increase efficiency in relevant manuals of instructions for businesses;
  • Interact with concerned departments internally to ensure smooth functioning of processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in internal auditing and finance;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.

This role is based in our headquarters in London, UK.
