About Our Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for a highly skilled individual who possesses both depth and breadth in the field of Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in General AI, but also demonstrate the ability to choose the right approach for each problem, whether it's Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Classical Machine Learning (ML), or data pipelines.

This role involves building practical, scalable AI solutions that address real business problems. You will work across the entire lifecycle, from data preparation to deployment, while staying close to the business context and ensuring the solutions we build are impactful, not just experimental.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, Building, and Integrating AI Models: Focus on scalability, efficiency, and adaptability.
  • MLOps Practices: Help models move from research to reliable production systems.
  • Data Preparation: Clean, preprocess, transform, and validate data.
  • Writing Maintainable Code: Ensure high-quality code with reusability in mind.
  • Building APIs and Pipelines: Make AI solutions tangible and useful.
  • Collaboration: Work with AI engineers, developers, and product owners to turn ideas into working systems.
  • Taking Initiative: Contribute ideas, drive small experiments, and shape solution-building approaches.

Requirements:

  • A solid foundation in AI/ML with hands-on experience in developing, integrating, and evaluating General AI models.
  • Familiarity with multiple AI domains, including NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, and Classical ML.
  • Experience with one or more ML/DL frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or SciKit-learn.
  • Exposure to agentic AI systems and evaluation of General AI systems.
  • Strong data handling skills.
  • Ability to prototype quickly and communicate complex ideas effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience applying AI to real-world projects.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to explore new tools and frameworks.
