Senior BIM Modeler

As a leading organization in leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, our team utilizes BIM tools to create detailed models of buildings and structures.

We leverage these models to display complex forms in exteriors and interiors, as well as construction sequencing possibilities, allowing clients to visualize their projects with consideration for time frames.

The role of the Senior BIM Modeler is to develop accurate and efficient Building Information Models (BIM), working on structural designs, and creating construction drawings.

Collaborating closely with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) specialists, the modeler ensures that all project requirements are met with precision and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Structural and Construction Drawings, knowledge of MEP systems, and proficiency in REVIT and related software.

  • Strong proficiency in REVIT and related software

Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality results.

A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is required, and experience in the steel detailing industry is a plus.
