Content Development Professional

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Content Development Professional to create high-quality training content for digital transformation and cybersecurity programs.

Your job will ensure that content meets quality standards, follows industry trends, and meets client needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Training Content Design: Develop comprehensive training programs in Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing for diverse audiences.
  • Assessment Development: Create assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Technical Translation: Translate technical topics into clear, concise, and engaging training materials.
  • Content Management: Maintain and update a content repository and LMS.
  • Review and Feedback: Review content created by team members and freelance developers.
  • Proposal and Outline Support: Support design and creation of B2B client proposals and training outlines.
  • Formatting Assistance: Coordinate with graphic designers to format content in required templates.

Product, Client and Trainer Support:

  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal trainers and freelancers.
  • Client Communication: Facilitate client support activities by proper communication of issues within the organization.
  • Trainer Support: Support other trainers, including freelancers, to prepare for assigned trainings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Certifications: Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CRISC, CISSP, CEH, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AZ-900, or equivalent degrees.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in designing high-quality training programs on complex technical topics.
  • Languages: Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Sound knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
