Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Company Secretary with a strong background in corporate compliance and governance matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless corporate compliance and governance for our Singaporean clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and filing of incorporation documents for Singaporean clients.
- Preparation and filing of annual returns and statutory updates with relevant regulatory authorities.
- Maintenance of up-to-date records of statutory filings and corporate documents.
- Support the team with other compliance-related matters as required.
- Assistance with company setup for Indian/foreign clients, including MCA filings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A qualified Company Secretary with 6-7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of corporate laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to start work early (8:00 AM or 8:30 AM).
- A team player with a collaborative mindset.
