Growth Opportunities

We are currently seeking a highly skilled BDR Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in scaling our top-of-funnel efforts. As a BDR Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10 BDRs focused on pipeline generation for our fastest-growing segment.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1 year of management experience under their belt. They should be well-versed in outbound prospecting, able to coach and mentor their team members, and familiar with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and Outreach.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience.
  • At least 1 year of management experience, with a focus on leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong expertise in outbound prospecting, including cold calls, emails, and messaging.
  • Able to coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading tools, such as HubSpot, Apollo, and Outreach.
