Job Description:

As a seasoned procurement expert, you will design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance procurement team capabilities. Your expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, cost reduction, supply planning, and ERP systems is crucial for organizational success.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in multiple industries, including medical devices, automotive, electrical, and other manufacturing sectors. You will work closely with procurement leaders, supply chain managers, and quality teams to align training with business goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Training Delivery: Conduct impactful training sessions on procurement processes, strategic sourcing, vendor management, and ERP systems.
  • Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials, case studies, and practical simulations tailored to the medical devices, automotive, and electrical industries.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement leaders, supply chain managers, and quality teams to ensure training meets organizational objectives.

You will be responsible for identifying gaps in procurement processes and recommending improvements. Additionally, you will train teams on regulatory compliance, sustainability, and ethical sourcing practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strategic Sourcing & Category Management – experience in identifying, evaluating, and developing suppliers.
  • Vendor Management & Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) – including supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and development programs.
  • Contract Negotiation & Risk Management – strong knowledge of commercial terms, SLAs, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Cross-Industry Knowledge – exposure to procurement processes in medical devices, automotive, electrical, and other manufacturing sectors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or Business Administration with 10+ years of experience.
  • Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, and CIPS are preferred.
