About the Role

This Inside Sales Executive position requires a proactive individual who can identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling . You will handle incoming inquiries from prospective students, providing detailed information and guiding them through the enrollment process . Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential to manage and nurture leads throughout the sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to conversion .

You will effectively present and demonstrate online degree programs to potential clients, customizing pitches for different stakeholders . Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, progress, and follow-ups using CRM systems is also a critical aspect of this role . Collaboration with marketing and product teams is necessary to enhance lead generation strategies and refine product offerings . Consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets and key performance metrics is expected of this role .

Providing post-sales support to ensure a seamless customer experience and fostering long-term relationships is also essential . Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market developments will enable you to provide valuable insights to the team .

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Min 1 year experience in an inside sales role in the EdTech or a related industry
  • Experience in selling Online degrees or Study Abroad programs is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
