Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Architect to join our team at NTT DATA Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SCCM infrastructure, Microsoft Azure concepts, and co-management or Autopilot using Intune.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 24/7 support for any server downtime, handling requests and incidents arising from SCCM infrastructure, and possessing advance-level knowledge about SCCM infrastructure, primary site servers, secondary site servers, and distribution points.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing 3rd-level technical support in resolving internal and customer technical issues.
  • Responsible for providing configuration management services to Account Focused/leveraged accounts.
  • Developing custom deployment scripts; VBS, batch, PowerShell.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A deep understanding of current software: Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Config Manager, Intune).
  • A strong knowledge of Windows server administration, including AD, domains, policies, etc.
  • An in-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices.
