Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and lead end-to-end data solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable technical implementations.
  • Design and engineer robust, highly available data pipelines and enterprise-grade data warehouse solutions.
  • Champion engineering excellence through modern practices including test-driven development and continuous deployment.
  • Orchestrate automated infrastructure deployments and optimize data processing workflows Drive technical innovation and best practices across teams.
  • Provide technical mentorship and elevate team capabilities Spearhead data transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.

Technical Requirements:

  • A proven track record of architecting and implementing enterprise-scale data platforms and pipelines.
  • Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures across major providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong programming fundamentals with advanced proficiency in Python or Scala.
  • Extensive experience with production-grade databases, modern data warehouses, and distributed systems.
  • Advanced SQL mastery and sophisticated data modeling capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in handling large-scale data processing challenges.
  • A comprehensive understanding of data governance, security frameworks, and GDPR compliance.
  • A strong command of infrastructure-as-code practices, version control systems (Git), and modern CI/CD toolchains.
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between data science and engineering, providing technical leadership and enablement.
  • Outstanding collaboration skills with experience leading distributed teams and driving consensus across stakeholders.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
