Job Description

We are seeking an experienced senior SAP PP and QM consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP PP and QM modules in S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring SAP PP and QM modules ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of SAP PP and QM modules in S/4HANA environment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand production planning and quality management requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • Configure and optimize production planning and quality management processes within SAP S/4HANA, including master data management, material requirements planning (MRP), inspection planning, and quality control.
  • Define integration points between SAP PP and QM modules and other SAP S/4HANA modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and WM (Warehouse Management).
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP PP and QM issues in S/4HANA environment, working closely with end users and IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure proper functionality and performance of SAP PP and QM modules in S/4HANA environment.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials for end users to ensure effective utilization of SAP PP and QM functionality in S/4HANA.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in SAP PP and QM implementation and support, with a focus on S/4HANA.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SAP PP and QM modules in S/4HANA environment, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management principles, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) in S/4HANA.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • SAP certification in PP and QM modules preferred.
