Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead our team in delivering exceptional residential and commercial interiors that stand out in quality, functionality, and design.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of modern interior trends and a client-first approach, allowing them to create attractive and functional designs and layouts for various projects.

  • Create innovative designs and layouts for diverse projects, balancing aesthetics with functionality.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare compelling design presentations, including 3D models, 2D drawings, mood boards, mock-ups, and renderings, to showcase expertise and creativity.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills in comprehending client briefs and translating them into impactful designs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of quotes and adherence to workflow processes, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive project success.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • At least 4–5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial interior design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong technical knowledge in interiors combined with a creative edge.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to execute projects efficiently.
