We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Bim Modeler to join our consultancy team. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately translate 2D architectural designs from CAD or PDF into intelligent 3D models using Autodesk Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain 3D architectural models in Revit with a high degree of accuracy, adhering to project standards.",">
  • Read and interpret 2D architectural construction drawings, plans, sections, and elevations.",">
  • Ensure all models are created to the specified Level of Detail (LOD) 300 for coordination purposes.",">
  • Collaborate closely with structural and MEP modellers to create a unified federated model for the project.",">
  • Assist the BIM Coordinator in preparing the architectural model for weekly clash detection reviews in Navisworks.",">
  • Update and revise the model based on design changes and RFI responses.",">
  • Maintain the organization and integrity of the architectural model file.",">

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.",">
  • 2-4 years of professional hands-on experience using Autodesk Revit Architecture on real-world projects.",">

  • Solid understanding of core architectural components like wall assemblies, floor systems, and ceiling construction.",">
  • Knowledge of BIM principles, standards, and LOD concepts.",">
