Job Title: AI/ML Analyst

We seek a seasoned AI professional to work collaboratively with business and IT teams, leveraging expertise in machine learning to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements, develop, and validate predictive models, ensuring high-quality data for analysis.
  • Build and maintain robust data pipelines using big data platforms like Spark and Databricks, optimizing performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate on AI model deployment and maintenance, including automated retraining, to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Create actionable dashboards and reports to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as downtime reduction and process enhancement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with a strong foundation in mathematics and statistics.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Proficiency in Python, ML libraries, SQL/NoSQL, and big data technologies, with experience in cloud-based environments.
  • Familiarity with MLOps fundamentals and cloud ML platforms, ensuring seamless model deployment and management.
