We are seeking an Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

Job Overview

This role involves providing critical support for our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with colleagues to implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and log analysis with cloud platforms Azure, Google, and virtual infrastructure VMware
  • Troubleshooting hybrid cloud infrastructure issues, service incidents, performance, and availability issues
  • Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Defender products across our organization's systems
  • Infrastructure provisioning through automation CLI GUI
  • Performing basic maintenance and assisting in deploying new resources and services
Requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of cloud management, automation, alerting, and monitoring tools
  • 2-5 years of experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoints
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as a Code, Ansible playbooks, and Terraform patterns execution
  • Basic familiarity with scripting and automation
  • Experience with Service Now ticketing
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework
  • Strong communication skills - internal customer focus
  • Experience within an infrastructure operations environment
