Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Application Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes, as well as hands-on experience with Oracle EPM solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining requirements and designing Oracle EPM solutions that align with business processes and objectives. This is a technico-functional role that requires strong leadership, deep subject matter expertise, and hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS and Hyperion Planning.

The Application Designer will play a key role in cross-functional collaboration, decision-making, and project delivery. They will also be responsible for conducting code reviews, ensuring compliance with coding standards and best practices, and providing technical guidance to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS).
  • Overall 9+ years of experience in Oracle EPM as a Techno-Functional Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Experience in designing and implementing EPBCS solutions, including Web Forms, Task Lists, Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Reporting Studio, Workspace and Shared Services, Narrative Reporting and Ad Hoc Analysis.
  • Hands-on experience in EPBCS/PBCS configuration and customization, Forecasting and budgeting in Essbase, Performance tuning of EPBCS applications, Data and metadata loading using FDM, ODI, MDM, Connection Manager.
  • Knowledge of Forms, Functions, Function Builder, BI Content, POV Manager, Submit Data, VB Functions.
