Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive security policies, procedures, and frameworks in line with industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Design and implement effective security awareness programs to educate employees on security best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess third-party risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Support internal and external audits by gathering evidence and responding to auditor queries.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in security governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC 2.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with GRC tools and methodologies.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of cloud security and compliance (Azure, AWS).
  • Experience with security frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
