About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate Digital Project Manager to join our Commercial department within Global Business Services (GBS). In this role, you will be responsible for managing digital projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fully support existing Congress Leads in coordination and end-to-end project management.
  • Drive internal and external follow-up to ensure project success, also manage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Create templates in Figma for designing, prototyping, developing, and testing CongressHub web pages.
  • Ensure quality control of digital assets, serve as an asset production and omnichannel execution subject matter expert.
  • Maintain project planners and budget trackers.
  • Align with content production team for day-to-day digital deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in project management and client services.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Knowledge of website CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Should have experience in Project Management tool.
  • Experience in a Digital Content Factory and with multichannel execution.
  • Familiarity with the MLR Review Process on Veeva.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of event management concepts and congresses.

About the Department

The Digital Project Manager role is part of the Commercial department within Global Business Services (GBS). The Commercial GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial GBS, including Insulin, Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The Commercial GBS unit also supports Hemophilia and growth disorders.

Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
