• Lead frontend development using React.js and Next.js with strong hands-on coding skills.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive code quality, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers while being actively involved in development.
• Contribute to architectural decisions for frontend applications.

","Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Hands-on experience with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.).
• Expertise in building scalable, performant, and secure frontend applications.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
• Proven experience in leading teams while being an active coder.
