- Monitor the performance and health of applications and data pipelines, promptly identifying and addressing any anomalies or potential issues.
- Respond to incidents and service requests in a timely manner, conducting thorough incident reviews to identify root causes and implementing effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Analyze data-related issues, troubleshoot data quality problems, and propose solutions to optimize data workflows.
- Utilize Databricks and monitoring tools to analyze application logs, system metrics, and data to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Deploy and manage applications and data infrastructure efficiently using Azure Cloud services.
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and support procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
