Our team focuses on developing innovative tools to support its mission to improve healthcare performance, cost, and quality. We're expanding our Improvement Apps suite, which includes products for healthcare analytics and process improvement solutions.

About the Job:

You'll work with diverse Improvement Apps, designing, developing, and maintaining various platforms for internal team members, clinicians, and patients. You'll rely on test-driven development to safely enhance and refactor systems, shipping production code multiple times per week.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting data, analyzing results, using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports on patient engagement with content.
  • Contributing to database design and implementation, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical analysis and data quality for machine learning/artificial intelligence services.
  • Acquiring data from primary or secondary sources, extracting data sets from relational databases, and maintaining databases/data systems incorporated into data products.
  • Filtering and 'cleaning' data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
  • Working with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of C#/.Net/ Angular / Microservices/ Data Science & Analytics.
  • Strong working knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with cloud computing.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy, in a timely manner.
  • Adept at constructing efficient queries, writing reports, and presenting findings.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize scheduling of work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 5+ years of app development experience.
  • BS or MS in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a similar field.
  • An understanding of healthcare data is a plus, but not a requirement.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

BS/BA or MS in Computer science, information systems, or other technology/science degree. A minimum of 5 years of experience in building commercial software, SaaS, or digital platforms.
