The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering or computer science, with a minimum of 4-7 years of industry experience in IC test or equivalent fields. They should possess strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices, as well as proficiency in C++/C# programming languages.

In this role, you will be responsible for migrating existing test programs from various platforms to the NI STS platform, developing and maintaining characterization programs for wafer sort and final test packages, and driving FA and debug activities for digital/analog failures in ATE test programs. You will also develop full test programs on the target NI STS platform using C# as the primary programming language, analyze and adapt existing source code written in C++ and other languages, and perform statistical data analysis to ensure proper test program correlation.

Responsibilities:

  • Migrate existing test programs from various platforms to the NI STS platform.
  • Develop and maintain characterization programs for wafer sort and final test packages.
  • Drive FA and debug activities for digital/analog failures in ATE test programs.
  • Custom test method development and data analysis.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of industry experience in IC Test or equivalent field.
  • Strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices.
  • Proficiency in C++/C# is essential.
  • Solid understanding of test program development and debugging.
