Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to drive quality across our software products. This role involves designing test strategies, developing automation frameworks, and ensuring seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and implement test plans, cases, and automation frameworks.
- Design and maintain automated test scripts for functional, performance, and security testing.
- Conduct regression, exploratory, and usability testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla, collaborating with developers for resolution.
- Create and maintain documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports.
- Ensure compliance with security and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
- Strong experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and performance testing frameworks (JMeter, LoadRunner).
