Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Lead to oversee contract management and ensure efficient use of assets within the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of asset/contract management professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes exceptional interactions and high-performing teams.
  • Understand operational requirements, research best practices, and maintain the highest level of performance in contract and asset management.
  • Ensure all assets/contracts are properly managed, tracked, and renewed as necessary, adhering to regulatory compliance and internal policies.
  • Oversee the use and management of assets within the ServiceNow platform, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and senior management, providing regular reports on contract and asset management activities.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in contract management and asset management, preferably within the ServiceNow platform, with 7 to 12 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of success in matrix organizations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new working conditions and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.
  • Curiosity to understand systems, processes, and people for delivering outcomes, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and other relevant software tools, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
