Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the vision and strategy of multiple products within the Keka HR ecosystem
  • Designing for complex problems, better than anyone in the industry
  • Gathering and understanding data to define design strategies and drive best practices within the team
  • Working closely with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver delightful customer experiences
  • Strategizing, developing, and extending the Keka HR Design System and Design Patterns
  • Mentoring and inspiring a team of designers

Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience in product design roles with product orgs
  • Experience owning end-to-end design for a product and building for 0-1
  • Strong portfolio showcasing in-depth knowledge in user experience, interaction, and visual/user interface design
  • Understanding of business and how design can contribute to it
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
