Job Summary

As a seasoned SAP Basis Architect Expert, you will be responsible for leading HANA administration projects, ensuring seamless upgrades from 1.0 to 2.0, and maintaining high availability and disaster recovery systems. Your expertise in Azure cloud infrastructure and SAP deployments will be invaluable in managing support infrastructure and driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and implement SAP Basis/HANA administration solutions with 12 to 16 years of experience

- Manage HANA administration, MCOD/MCOS, Multitenancy, and HANA upgrade projects

- Develop and implement governance frameworks for engagement

- Drive customer success, coordinate, and solve complex support activities requiring in-depth analysis and ownership

- Manage incident, change, and escalation management, and relationship management with key stakeholders

- Foster knowledge transfer, talent development, project management, and reporting

- Leverage advanced knowledge of Azure cloud environment and cloud-based SAP deployments
