Job Title: Cloud Computing Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Computing Architect to lead our cloud-native initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for modernizing legacy applications and designing scalable solutions using .NET Core, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Containerization: Drive containerization efforts with Docker & Kubernetes
  • Ci/Cd Pipeline: Define and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.
  • Security: Enforce best practices in SaaS multi-tenancy, security, and data isolation
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, and QA teams to align technical direction with business goals
  • Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams
  • Azure Services: Evaluate and recommend optimal Azure/AWS services for migration and greenfield development
  • Performance Tuning: Define performance benchmarks and perform system tuning
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data privacy standards

Requirements:

  • .Net Experience: 10+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET stack, including ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 6+
  • Cloud Platforms: Strong understanding of cloud platforms – Azure (preferred) or AWS/GCP
  • Containerization Tools: Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)
  • SaaS Architecture: Expertise in building and migrating applications to SaaS architectures
  • Microservices: Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, gRPC, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
  • Databases: Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB) in cloud environments
  • DevOps Practices: Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
  • Event-driven Architecture: Familiarity with event-driven architectures, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and CQRS
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Serverless Computing: Experience with AKS/EKS and serverless computing (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda)
  • Security: Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture, OAuth2, OpenID Connect
  • Cloud Migration: Prior experience modernizing monolithic apps into cloud-native architecture
