  • Drive business success by managing voice/telecom networks, troubleshooting VoIP services, and collaborating with global vendors and carriers.
  • Deliver end-to-end support for telecom services from issue creation to resolution, including Hosted PBX, SIP Trunking, PRI, Toll-Free Services, Long Distance, and Audio Conferencing.

Our team is seeking motivated professionals who can thrive in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing & troubleshooting VoIP call issues, monitoring network entities, and performing proactive monitoring on telecom hardware.
  • Collaborating with vendors on T1/T3 circuits, conducting head-to-head testing on transport layers, investigating and resolving fraud-related cases, and providing escalation support by analyzing SIP/SS7 traces, CDRs, switch logs.
  • Ensuring SLA adherence, providing timely updates to customers and vendors, and troubleshooting VoIP features such as answering rules, music on hold, calling card services.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong knowledge of CUCM, SIP/SS7 protocols, SBCs, NGN, and VoIP troubleshooting, familiarity with telecom hardware, certifications such as CCNA Voice / CCNP Voice, excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal tools & applications.
