Internal Audit Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Internal Audit professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit planning, fieldwork, and report writing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits of various manufacturing plants and new acquisitions as per approved audit plans.
  • Prepare draft reports and discuss with process owners.
  • Issue final audit reports.
  • Test internal financial controls (ICFR).
  • Track agreed action plans and prepare action taken reports in LARS.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification with 3-5 years of core experience in internal audit within the manufacturing sector or Big 4 firms. They should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, and experience working on SAP.

Work Environment:

The role requires regular travel across different locations, approximately 8-10 days per month.
