Key Responsibilities- Pioneering the development and scaling of our Shopify platform, driving revenue expansion through data-driven strategies and creative marketing initiatives.
- Strategically managing product catalogs, collections, and navigation to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Creating compelling landing pages, festive drops, and limited-edition launches to captivate customers and fuel engagement.
- Implementing effective fashion merchandising flows, including 'Shop the Look,' age/size collections, and gifting bundles.
- Conducting A/B testing on product pages, checkout, and CTAs to optimize conversion rates and customer journeys.
- Fostering loyalty and retention through abandoned cart recovery, loyalty/referral programs, and repeat purchase flows.
- Tracking key performance indicators: Conversion Rate, Average Order Value, Lifetime Value, and Repeat Purchase Rate.
- Analyzing cohort behavior and funnel insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- Sharing actionable growth dashboards and insights with leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Executing targeted campaigns, collection drops, and influencer-led activations to amplify brand awareness and drive sales.
- Optimizing product pages and collections for search engine optimization and discoverability.
- Enabling reviews, user-generated content, and community-building features to foster trust and loyalty.
- Exploring and integrating innovative Shopify apps to unlock growth opportunities.
- 2–4 years of hands-on Shopify management experience in a direct-to-consumer fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brand.
- A proven track record of scaling revenue through Shopify, leveraging CRO, AOV, and retention strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of Shopify apps, integrations, and growth tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Facebook Pixel, and marketing attribution.
- A unique blend of analytical and creative thinking, with an eye for both fashion and user experience.
