Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI Developer to lead the development of our conversational AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement advanced AI/ML models in enterprise systems to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy conversational bots that meet business requirements.
  • Work with Observability tools like Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog, and Grafana to ensure seamless system integration and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve complex issues in a distributed environment.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in implementing AI/ML models in enterprise systems.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, anomaly detection, and large language models.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (Pandas, Numpy, Tensorflow etc.).
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in design, development, and deployment of conversational bots.
  • Experience working with Observability tools like Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog, and Grafana.
  • 2-5 years of experience of DevOps SRE.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), Conversational AI.
  • Ability to integrate bot systems seamlessly with backend systems, databases, and APIs to facilitate smooth data exchange and interactions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
