We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to join our dynamic team at BHIVE Workspace. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually captivating assets tailored to our brand's needs, including print and digital media.
This role requires a deep understanding of brand guidelines, a knack for innovative design, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing visually captivating assets customized to the brand's needs
- Collaborating on design initiatives by offering innovative ideas and adhering to brand guidelines for seamless brand representation
- Collaborating with other stakeholders and understanding the requirements to meet deadlines
- Having hands-on experience of Adobe Creative Suit (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to craft designs that resonate with the target audience
- Staying updated about current design trends, integrating them seamlessly into projects while fostering effective teamwork
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating engaging visual content for digital platforms Preferably Real Estate Background
- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout, Experience with platform-specific design requirements for print and digital media, including dimensions and best practices, Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
