About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned web application developer to collaborate with our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining dynamic web applications while prioritizing high performance, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain complex web applications using PHP.
  • Write clean, well-structured code adhering to industry best practices.
  • Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and debug existing applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging web technologies and propose improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a PHP developer.
  • Strong expertise in PHP 7/8, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
  • Knowledge of MVC architecture and OOP concepts.
  • Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have (Optional):

  • Experience with Laravel or other PHP frameworks.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
