Sales Ambassador

As a sales associate, you will be the face of our business, interacting with customers and providing exceptional service to drive sales and achieve targets.

• Critical Customer Service Skills: Develop strong relationships with customers, anticipating their needs and delivering personalized solutions.
• Sales Performance: Drive revenue growth by leveraging product knowledge and customer engagement to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our jewellery collection to effectively respond to customer inquiries and make informed recommendations.
• Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a visually appealing store environment that showcases products effectively.

This is a full-time opportunity requiring a flexible schedule, including working 7 days a week with regular breaks. Sales performance incentives are offered to recognize and reward outstanding achievements.
