We are seeking an expert in human resources to drive operational efficiency and talent acquisition across various sub-functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our organization's HR Operations & Talent Acquisition needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Induction and Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and documentation.
- Payroll Management: Manage employee payroll, including processing salaries, benefits, and taxes.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Visa and Immigration: Assist with visa applications, renewals, and other immigration-related tasks.
- Business Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including management, employees, and vendors.
- Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screening: Conduct initial screenings of candidates, including reviewing resumes and cover letters.
- Interviews: Coordinate and participate in interviews with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Candidate Management: Create and maintain a qualified talent pool of candidates, vendors, contractors, and freelancers.
- MBA (HR) or Post Graduate Diploma in HR
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Business and Digital Acumen
- Quick learner with ability to adapt and work in high-pressure situations
- Excellent Business Communication Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
