Software Developer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Android applications using the Kotlin programming language.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes. They should also be familiar with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services, and have knowledge of modern Android architecture components (LiveData, ViewModel, Room, etc.).

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Kotlin.
  • Strong understanding of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
  • Knowledge of modern Android architecture components (LiveData, ViewModel, Room, etc.).
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
