We are seeking a highly experienced Legal Professional to provide legal, regulatory and taxation support in our day-to-day operations.

About the Role

This role is responsible for reviewing and analyzing legal documents, maintaining records of agreements, periodically reviewing contracts before expiry and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze legal documents such as NDA's, supplier agreements and customer agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all legal documents.
  • Periodically review all legal documents prior to their expiration date.
  • Support secretarial compliances like directors' registrations, MOM related to BOD/AGM, MCA Annual Return and XBRL filing.
  • Liaise with HQ regarding documentation and legal requirements and approvals.
  • Review vendor agreements.
  • Review finance-related SOPs/Authorization tables from a financial perspective.
  • Support Internal Control Framework (ICFR) and dematerialization of shares.
  • Prepare compliance calendars for all legal and tax compliance due dates.
  • Update weekly on changes in taxation or legal laws.
  • Support taxation/finance matters assigned by the Finance Head.

Qualifications

A Commerce/Legal Graduate with CA Inter/LLB/CS Inter qualifications is required for this role.
