  • Job Description:
  • Design and implement a cutting-edge data infrastructure to support scalable analytics and decision-making.
  • Develop unified data views, integrating behavioral and transactional data into query-optimized tables for diverse use cases.
  • Own analytics across multiple data streams, ensuring consistent data definitions and scalability.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enable machine learning-driven insights.
  • Establish data governance frameworks and ensure high-quality, consistent data across sources.
  • Build and mentor a cross-functional analytics team.
  • Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in data and analytics leadership, with a proven track record in building data marts and defining enterprise-wide data strategies.
  • Strong technical expertise in data modeling, flat table structures, and query optimization for large-scale systems.
  • Familiarity with modern data stack, including SQL, ETL/ELT, cloud data warehouses, and BI tools.
  • KPIs / Success Metrics:
  • Launch of next-generation data mart within defined timelines.
  • Reduction in data processing and reporting times.
  • Uptime and reliability of data pipelines and consumption layers.
